Visa Application Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds will only be considered if the visa application has not yet been submitted to the embassy/consulate or processed by the service provider.
- Once the application is submitted, fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by the respective government authority.
2. Service Fees
- Any service OR processing fees OR Appointment fees charged by the company for handling the visa application are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is made before any work has been initiated.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–17 working days and credited to the customer’s original payment method.
4. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, customers must email info@innovaigo.com with their application reference number and reason for cancellation.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Exceptions
- No refunds will be issued for rejected visa applications, as the decision lies with the embassy/consulate, not the service provider.
